a trend that all team members participate in designed to make the team feel as one and compete as one to hopefully improve
their game. Examples of these have all been done by professional teams at some point during the season, usually playoffs.
(Calgary Flames, Ottawa Senators - moustache growing, Tampa Bay Rays - mohawks, any NHL team in the playoffs - beard growing,
also many teams have either dyed their hair blonde or shaved their heads all to create a 'team unity bond'.)
